Which one should I pick?

If you want to learn on your own, start with the workbooks. If you want Asia teaching you live three times a week, take the 16-week course. If you are a licensed agent and you want a house to list with her beside you, apply for the 5-agent coaching.

Does the 16-week course include the workbooks?

Yes. The course includes all three Females Who Close workbooks. The $399 gets you the same three workbooks on their own, without the live classes.

What is the New Agent Field Binder, and how do I get it?

It is a fourth workbook, built for newly licensed agents in Florida and Georgia. It is not part of the $399 or the $697. It comes with the 5-agent coaching only, alongside the three workbooks everybody gets.

Do all three come with the community?

Yes. Every option comes with community access and AI. That is not an upsell, it is included.

Do the September and October dates apply to the workbooks?

No. The workbooks are self-paced and start the moment you buy them. The onboarding and class dates are for the 16-week course and the 5-agent coaching.

Is the 5-agent coaching one-on-one with Asia?

It is a group of 5. You join the same live classes as everybody else, then the 5 of you carry on in a separate, smaller room through the 16 weeks.

Why is the coaching capped at 5?

Because we have 5 houses. Each approved agent gets one to list, and we go through the deal together. Five is the number of houses, so five is the number of agents.

Why do I have to apply for the 5-agent coaching?

It is for licensed agents who can list on the MLS, or who are willing to join it. You apply first, and we talk before anybody pays.

Is any of this a monthly subscription?

No. The workbooks and the course are one-time payments. The agent coaching is one payment for a full year.
